Why we collect personal data?
We gather this information in order to:

· respond to any feedback you send us, if you’ve asked us to

What type of information do we collect?
Website visitors
We use Google Analytics, which is a third party service to collect information on how you use the site, using cookies and page tagging techniques.
The information we collect doesn’t identify an individual. The information is kept for a maximum of 3 months.
Enquiry Responses
The data is collected when a you completed an enquiry form on Livingston Autocentre, when you enter your details and submit the enquiry. This collects your email address, name and contact number for the purposes of Livingston Autocentre responding and giving feedback to your enquiry.
What we do with the information?
Livingston Autocentre will only hold on to your information as long until our communication is required. We will then erase any corresponding emails and we will not store your emails or contact numbers any longer than required.

Your data protection rights
